Code of conduct for serving military families.

Pioneer Services gives military families the financial assistance they need and the respect they deserve. We do this with a commitment to fairness, honesty, integrity, and a high level of service. This has helped Pioneer Services achieve a trustworthy reputation in the military community. And we work hard every day to ensure we live up to it.


The following principles were created to help guide our efforts when working with men and women of the Armed Forces. We encourage all of our business partners to join us in our dedication to these standards of service.


  • Treat every member of the Armed Forces with courtesy and respect.
  • Conduct business in a fair, ethical, and professional manner without discrimination.
  • Use clear, truthful, and non-deceptive advertising materials that comply with all federal advertising regulations.
  • Protect confidential, customer information.
  • Provide financial education to customers, including explanation of financial terms and services.
  • Charge fees that are fair, reasonable, ethical, and in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Provide borrowers with a copy of loan contracts that offer full disclosure of all terms.
